Delivery

All goods will be sent to the specified 'Shipping Address' as outlined at the 'Final Checkout', unless otherwise specified.

Please contact us for location specific shipping times. 

 

Freight Charge

A freight charge will be added to your order based on the delivery postcode. We have set freight rates for each region/postcode in Australia – the only exception to this is Christmas crackers and bulky orders where freight is calculated manually.

We use a variety of courier and post services to ensure that you always receive your order in the fastest possible time at the lowest freight cost.

 

Returns

Paperie is a firm sale wholesale business. We do not accept change of mind returns.

For any goods which are damaged on arrival or received as a result of a picking error, please notify us of these within 5 days of delivery. For damaged goods, please also send us photos.

For damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will credit you and also arrange a pick up of these goods at our cost.

 

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
